While we don’t place hard caps on most content types, excessive or abusive use that negatively impacts server performance or user experience may result in restrictions. Our Fair Use Policy includes the following guidelines:

• Uploading a reasonable number of high-quality images, videos, and documents to enhance your digital profile.
• Hosting of portfolios, CVs, and other business-relevant media.
• Use of external links to embed rich media (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo, social posts) where possible to conserve hosting resources.

🚫 What’s Not Allowed

• Uploading hundreds of large files (e.g., RAW images, full-length HD videos) intended for storage rather than presentation.
• Using InfoDot.io as a file hosting service or CDN for unrelated content.
• Automated or scripted uploads, or continuous sync services.
• Content that is illegal, harmful, or violates our terms of service.

📈 Our Approach

• We monitor usage patterns and will reach out if your usage exceeds 5x the average customer profile size.
• If needed, we may suggest upgrades or alternative ways to host large files (e.g., linking to cloud drives).
• We reserve the right to limit access to uploads that significantly exceed typical usage, especially if they affect platform stability.
